Q: What should my family and I wear?

Try to stay away from stripes or plaid.  Darker colors during the fall and winter, and brighter colors for spring and summer.  Can never go wrong with black or white.  Everything depends on what you want as your finished product. Do you want fun candid shots or do you want to wear something more formal?  Call us if you need further direction.

Q: When do I have to pay?

We schedule your appointment, take the portraits, and then schedule your viewing.  The viewing is the only time you need to be thinking about your purchase :)  You can pay in full that day or just half down and the other half when you pick up your portraits.

Q: What can I pay with?

Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, and Discover

Q: Can you travel outside the U.S.?

We have packages that can suite any need and can also customize one for your wedding or event.

Q: How long does the normal portrait shoot last?

1-2 hours

Q: How many outfits can I (we) have?

You may bring 2-3 outfits unless you are a senior, up to 4

Q: Can I bring a friend or pet?

You can bring your whole family if you want :) including Fido!

Q: How much does your basic package cost?

Everyone chooses something different.  If you are wanting amazing wall portraits (20x30 Gallery Wraps) or an album, you need to budget over $1,000+ or expect to make more than one payment.  If you are looking for something simple and maybe just looking to buy the Portrait CD.  Only $250+

Q: How long do I have to book ahead to get the time I want?

We usually have 1 or 2 time slots open two weeks ahead so give us a call just to see what we have available.
